Recycled Office Furniture: Good for the Environment, Good for Business

A trade group of office furniture makers launched a campaign to educate companies about the benefits of buying refurbished or recycled office furniture. The first stage of the campaign, from the Business Products Industry Association, is this 12-page brochure describing the business and environmental benefits of furniture recycling. According to BPIA, furniture recyclers and refurbishers now represent more than $1.2 billion of the $13.6 billion U.S. commercial furniture industry.
